Hello, thanks for passing by. I'm a Dutch student and I'm living in Amsterdam. Theology's my subject. My most favourite object of study is history, especially medieval history. Of course I've got a lot of other things to do, I was used to play soccer, but since I'm a student laziness is getting more and more a part of my live. O.K. My brothers are twins and I'd lived one year before they came (I'm 20). My parents live in Enkhuizen, a beautiful, pittoresk little town in the north of the Netherlands. | ||||||||||||||||

At this moment I'm working on a paper which handles this question: Was the invention of the press in the late-medieval period a stimulating and independent factor in introducing new ideas and values? A very interesting question. isn't it? Well, I'm now working on the answer, so see more next time! | ||||||||||||||||

Sometimes I've got the strong desire to leave this world behind by entering a part of the fantasy world, travelling with Frodo through the Misty Mountains or staying in the beautiful place called Rivendell. This world is getting colder and colder, life is getting less valuable every day. what a heavy nonsense, but I'll have to write something! But seriously, why don't we attach more to the old rules, playing knights and taking life as a gift, a gift we have to take with our both hands. | ||||||||||||||||
